The Role Responsibilities:

As a part of the Client Coverage team, Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Banking (CCIB), you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our CCIB client relationships globally. Working with our product partners in transaction banking, the public sector, financial institutions, and investment clients, you will provide specialised solutions and top-notch goods and services., digital channels, financial markets, and data analytics, as well as technology and operations. You will join a team of professionals committed to facilitating trade, capital and investment flows across the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Your Training:

The programme gives a comprehensive grounding in commercial and corporate banking. You will work directly with a diverse range of business and corporate customers alongside Corporate, Financial Institutions and Commercial Bankers. You will explore how your abilities can be applied to various aspects of our business while learning new abilities to assist launch your career in CCIB Client Coverage.

Your Career Progression:

At the end of your 18-month programme, you will join a role within our CCIB Client Coverage team. Areas include Credit Analysis, Relationship Management, and Client Management.

What You'll Do Over 18 Months:

Classroom lessons, case studies, and specialised technical training broken down into corporate functions make up the induction process.

Five months in your area of emphasis and two months each in financial markets, transaction banking, and risk rotations make up the 12-month training rotation.

Six months of your company rotation should be spent in your CCIB Client Coverage priority area. Your chance to start your Standard Chartered career by determining which team best fits your personality.
